Global Gourmet Magazine started out as Food in the Time of Quarantine, a magazine that has been in print for a little over a year. Initially the focus was pantry recipes, since so many of us around the world were in lockdown. The focus shifted to low cost recipes, since the economy has gone through some fluctuations. The main focus of the magazine has always been to help people. And with the rename to Global Gourmet we aim to help people eat a more environmentally friendly diet. Hope it is useful! We would love to hear your feedback!
